The service
Karya provides an embeddable chat widget that answers website visitors' questions based on content provided by the subscribing business ("you"). Karya is currently in early access; features and pricing may evolve, and we'll notify you of material changes.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you provide. You grant us permission to process it (crawl, store, index) solely to operate your bot. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you give us.
Acceptable use
Don't use Karya for unlawful content, to deceive visitors into thinking they're talking to a human, or to attempt to access other customers' data.
Accuracy
Karya answers only from your content and is designed to say when it doesn't know — but AI-generated answers can still be imperfect. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy; you should review transcripts and keep your content current. Karya is not a substitute for professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in USD at the published early-access price. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. During early access we don't bill quota overages; we'll contact you about the right plan instead.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The widget is designed to fail silently so an outage never affects your website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete your knowledge base content and transcripts on request.
