Who we are
Karya ("we", "us") provides an embeddable AI chat widget for business websites, offered at karya-app.com.
What we collect on this website
If you submit the demo request form we collect your name, business email, company, website URL, and your message. We use these details solely to respond to your request. This site uses no advertising trackers.
What we collect through the widget
For businesses using Karya on their websites: visitor conversations with the widget are stored as transcripts so the business can review answer quality. Visitors are anonymous — the widget has no accounts and does not ask for personal information. We also store technical data (such as IP-derived rate-limiting counters) to prevent abuse of the service.
Content we process
To power a client's bot we process the content they give us: their public website pages, uploaded documents, and FAQs. This content is used only to answer that client's visitors and is never shared across customers.
AI processing
Answers are generated using AI models hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock). Conversation content is processed by AWS to generate answers and is subject to AWS's data protection commitments; it is not used to train models.
Retention and deletion
Demo-request details are kept while we correspond with you. Client transcripts and content are kept while the client's account is active and are deleted on request when a client leaves. Email karya.app1@gmail.com for any access or deletion request.
