karya

Early access. We're onboarding a small group of businesses.

Most chatbots just talk. Yours can do the work.

Karya answers from your own content, then goes further. Switch on an EMI calculator, a shipment tracker, an appointment booking, or anything your own API can already do. You decide exactly what it's allowed to touch.

Somebody is asking right now:
  • "Where has my order got to?"
  • "Any appointment free on Saturday?"
  • "What's the fee for the two-year course?"
  • "Where has my order got to?"

One line of code · Works on any website · No developer needed

Switch on what your bot is allowed to do.

Answering questions is the floor. A lender turns on EMI and interest maths. A shop turns on GST breakdowns and order lookup. A clinic turns on slot booking. Each one is a capability you enable, and can switch back off at 2am if you change your mind.

Numbers, worked out on the spot

EMI on a 12 lakh loan over 7 years. The GST split on an invoice total. Course fees with the sibling discount applied. Landed cost once shipping is in. The bot does the maths in the chat instead of telling somebody to call you back.

Lookups against your own systems

Order status, shipment tracking, appointment availability, application status, seats left in a batch. Point a capability at your API and it fetches the real answer using your endpoints, your auth, and your headers.

Drafting and cleanup work

Rewriting a profile, turning rough notes into a listing description, drafting the first reply to an enquiry. If you can describe the job in a paragraph, it can become a capability.

It asks before it acts.

Anything that changes something, like a booking or an order, gets proposed to your visitor first and runs only after they say yes. Karya replays the exact call that was approved, so a refreshed page can't fire the same action twice.

Everything else stays off.

Every capability says for itself whether it may use your knowledge base, outside knowledge, or your connected systems. A question that doesn't match anything you've switched on falls back to answering from your content, or to saying it doesn't know.

What that looks like in your line of work

Lending and NBFC

"What would my EMI be on 8 lakh over 5 years?"

Works out the schedule at your published rates and explains what would change it.

Retail and e-commerce

"Where has my order got to?"

Checks the order in your system, and quotes GST and delivery from your own terms.

Clinics and salons

"Anything free on Saturday morning?"

Reads live availability, then books the slot once the visitor confirms it.

Real estate

"What would the monthly payment be on this flat?"

Runs the EMI against the listed price and adds the charges buyers always forget.

Coaching and education

"What does the two-year course cost, and do I qualify?"

Breaks down the fees and checks eligibility against your prospectus.

Logistics

"Where is shipment AWB4471?"

Tracks it in your system and gives the visitor the current status.

Not on the list? A capability is a description of the job, so if you can explain it to a new hire in a paragraph, we can usually set it up.

Everything you'd want. Nothing you'd have to manage.

You've got a business to run. Karya is built so that setting up your chatbot is a ten-minute job rather than a development project, and so it stays useful without you babysitting it.

Answers from your content

Karya reads your website, documents, and FAQs, and answers from them. If the answer isn't in your content, it says "I don't have that information" instead of guessing.

Connected to your systems

Give a capability an endpoint and the bot can fetch real answers, not just documented ones. Your auth stays yours, and you can see the exact request it would send before you turn it on.

Your brand, your voice

Set your colors, greeting, bot name, and the questions visitors see suggested first, so the widget looks like part of your site rather than a third-party add-on.

One line to install

Paste a single script tag into your site. That's the whole integration. No SDK, no build steps, no developer required.

Usage you can read

See how many conversations your bot handled this month and what visitors actually asked. The questions it couldn't answer are the ones your website isn't answering either.

Never breaks your site

The widget lives in its own sandbox and fails silently. If anything goes wrong on our end, your website is completely unaffected.

Three steps, and none of them need a developer.

From "we should probably do this" to a bot answering real questions on your site.

  1. 1

    Feed it what you know

Point us at your website and upload your documents and FAQs. Karya builds a private knowledge base for your business, and nobody else can query it.

  2. 2

    Decide what it can do

Pick your colors and greeting, then switch on the capabilities you want. Anything you haven't switched on, it won't attempt.

  3. 3

    Paste one line

Add the snippet to your site, before the closing </body> tag or through your CMS. The widget appears and starts answering.

That's it. That's the integration.

No SDK, no build step, no ticket for your developer. One script tag, async and sandboxed, built so it can never slow down or break the pages you already have.

<script src="https://cdn.karya-app.com/embed.js"
        data-site-key="pk_live_your_site_key" async></script>

One place to run all of it.

Upload a new PDF and the bot knows it. Turn a capability off and it stops offering it. And read the list of questions it couldn't answer, which is the fastest content brief you'll ever get for your own website.

  • Knowledge base: upload, replace, and remove what the bot knows
  • Capabilities: switch each one on or off, whenever you want
  • Appearance: colors, greeting, widget size, suggested questions
  • Domains: lock the widget so it only runs on sites you own
  • Usage: conversations handled, and what went unanswered
  • Team: invite the people who should be able to change all this

We're picking who we build this with.

Karya is in early access, which means a small group of businesses and a lot of attention each. We sit with you, look at what your visitors actually ask, and tune your bot until the answers are ones you'd be happy to give yourself. If your questions are messy or specific to your business, that's the interesting kind.

Ask for a seat

Someone is on your site right now with a question.

Today they get a contact form and a promise to get back to them. Give them an answer instead. And if the answer needs a calculation or a lookup, let the bot do that too. In twenty minutes we'll show you Karya running on your content.
